Description

Taku was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Greenview CA on September 10, 2012 as a result of breeding between Banks and MC.

Taku is a 55-pound milk chocolate Labrador Retriver. She is a beautiful dog with a moderate energy level, strong natural hunt drive, desire to retrieve, and natural pointing ability. She's pretty athletic and loves attention.

Taku has the following strong traits:

  • Good looks with Hershey chocolate coat
  • Even temperament and very loving personality
  • Five plus generations of pointing in the pedigree
  • Loves to retrieve and hunt
  • A personality that loves to please

Taku comes out of two of MMK’s favorite dogs—Banks and MC. Banks boasts of stuningly good looks, is gentle and laid back in the home, and is a hard-charging and deliberate hunter in the field. MC comes out of Major, a senior hunter and advanced pointing retriever. MC’s mother, Kenai, is one of our best females, who has thrown many outstanding dogs. In 4 generations, almost all of Taku’s ancestors are pointers.

Taku has good looks, even temperament and a strong pointing pedigree.
