DESCRIPTION Sundance was born on December 12, 2022 in Mount Shasta CA in Northern California as a result of a breeding between two of MMK’s favorite Trojan x Indy. Sundance is a 64-pound fox-red Labrador Retriever who is very swee, gentle and people-focused. She is a calm, alert and personable dog that loves her people. She was also easy to train and adapts fairly well to new environments, especially when she understands what is expected of her. Besides her gentle, easy-going demeanor, people often note her good looks. She is a beautifu cream-colored 64-pound female that has a classic look. He hair is closely cropped, and she is medium height, and her fur is medium in length. She is the closest thing that Pete has to having a personal hunting partner, and she joined him on an epic pheasant hunt last year in Montana. She also is a natural pointer and loves to retrieve and train. Dove was born at Marble Mountain Kennel in Northern California on March 20, 2016 as a result of a breeding between Yukon and Kate. Dove is a 51-pound chocolate Labrador Retriever who is gentle, mild-mannered and fun-loving. She is athletic, coordinated and very sweet. She also has hard work mentality, loves to please, has an intense bird drive and loves to retrieve. All this in an attractive Hershey chocolate package.

Aly was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California on April 16, 2016 as a result of a breeding between Yukon x Riley of Marble Mountain Kennels Aly is a 50 pound Chocolate Labrador Retriever who is very sweet and gentle. She is friendly, happy and fun-loving dog. She also has an extroverted, active and responsive personality, who loves to be with people and has a high desire to please. She has a slender, muscular body with dark chocolate hair. Aly’s three strongest traits are: 1) her gentle and friendly personality, 2) her smaller muscular body and her strong pedigree. Yukon, her father was born at Lockdown Labs in Wilmot, South Dakota on June 12, 2013, from two outstanding parents -- 4xGMPR Iowa Pointing Labs Grizzley SH X 3 GMPR Lockdown Pipin Hot Arrowpoint. He has become everything we had hoped. He is a good looking dark chocolate dog with a stong compact body and a 65 pound frame. He is a very friendly male with an intense hunting desire, strong natural pointing, and great love for retrieving. His pedigree has a more than eight Grand Master Pointing Retrievers, and 75% of the dogs in three generations are natural pointers. He has a medium, compact, athletic body on a dark chocolate frame and weighs in at 65 pounds. Riley, her mother is the epitome of what Marble Mountain Kennels breeds for. She is a strong 65 pound dark chocolate gorgeous female with an intense love for retrieving and a strong natural point. Pete personally trained her from 6-9 months of age and found her a very willing student with a love for the process. She also has a remarkable natural pointing ability, and a true love for retrieving.

MOTHER: Molly is a stunning 60-pound chocolate Labrador Retriever who is the ideal house dog and hunting companion. She is absolutely loved by her family and has a sweet & gentle demeanor that wins her high praise from neighbors and friends as well. Molly loves to train and with limited exposure has become a great hunting companion in the duck blind. But her on/off switch gives her kids a great friend to snuggle with every night before bed. Her even temperament is nicely complemented by great looks. She has a well-proportioned 60-pound medium body that is accented by her luscious, soft, dark- chocolate coat. She is also a dog that truly loves to please and is easy to train. Marc, her owner, has enjoyed her easy-going personality and her strong retrieving drive in the duck blind. MOTHER: Sadie was born at Marble Mountain Kennel in Northern California on January 15, 2021 as a result of a breeding between Coho & Mission. Sadie weighs between 45-60 pounds and is a dark chocolate Labrador Retriever who has a sweet, easy-going and alert personality. Her mild, independent and responsive temperament makes her a loving house dog. She could very likely be a great hunting dog as well, but her family does not hunt her. She loves to retrieve and is very birdy. Her thin and light muscular body would make her a great upland hunting companion. She also has an active nose and seems to love to train. She was a pick of the litter pup chosen by Pete for the purpose of being a partner breeder because of her even temperament, her responsive personality, and her great pedigree. Pete has adopted her to a former employee, who has found her to be a gentle dog and a great addition to their household.

Sopris was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California on May 12, 2020 as a result of a breeding between two very strong dogs: 1) fox-red “Tonka” of Marble Mountain & 2) chocolate - “River” of Marble Mountain, so Sopris can throw the following colors, black, yellow, chocolate or fox-red. Sopris is a slender 48-pound shiny black Labrador Retriever who is gentle soul. She is calm, sweet, affectionate, alert and athletic. She also loves to please and when she is training responds quickly to instructions, proving her intelligence to all who work with her. She would make an outstanding upland dog, and if she has a vest to keep her warm, would do well in the duck blind. Sopris’ strongest traits are: 1) her even, mild-mannered personality, 2) her outstanding and diverse pedigree, and 3) her slender athletic body. Zion was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California on February 10, 2022 as a result of a breeding between two of Marble Mountain Kennels favorite dogs; Trojan and Kai. Zion is a 49-pound yellow Labrador Retriever who is absolute gorgeous with a soft, fox red coat on a small frame. She is very gentle, calm, alert and friendly. She has a reserved, curious and sweet personality. Notable to anyone who sees her is her good looks. She has a classic lab build, on a smaller body. Zion has an independent personality, which seems to fit well with her natural curious hunting style. She has a nice temperament for a house dog, but also comes from two of Marble Mountain Kennels strong hunters, but she herself does not live with a hunting family, so all hunting characteristics mentioned are based on our testing process when she was about 1 year old.

Tonka was born July 7th, 2015, as the result of a great breeding between GMPR Stosh’s Red Pointing Risky Ryder and Stosh’s Red Pointing Isabella in Holland, Michigan. Tonka is an intelligent and good-looking 66-pound dark fox red male. Those who know him love his friendly, fun-loving personality. In the field he is an independent worker with a good thorough search style, a staunch natural point and a strong prey drive, making him an excellent stud to produce great upland pups. When he is working he aims to please with his people-focused attitude and intelligent, trainable personality. But he also has a calm side that loves affection once he has deemed you a friend.
