Ambler of Marble Mountain
Ambler was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California on December 1, 2015, as a result of a breeding between two of our favorite dogs, Banks & Connie. Ambler is a 61-pound dark chocolate Labrador Retriever with a slender, athletic body and muscular body. Taking after her parents she is gentle, sweet, extroverted and confident. She takes naturally to training and absolutely love birds. In terms of her conformation, she is exactly what Marble Mountain breed for: strong, blocky, athletic and very good-looking. In the upland field she very bird and knows what it takes to find game. Ambler strongest traits are her easygoing personality, her great looks and her bird drive. Ambler is likely to throw pups that are good-looking with an even temperament and are easy to train.

Appearance:
Her Father is Banks who is currently a retired stud dog from Marble Mountain Kennels. Bank is a very good-looking dark chocolate lab who has an extremely solid body and great trainability. What was notable about Banks was his on/off switch. In the house a calm easygoing lover. Outdoors he lived to retrieve and hunt. For years Banks was Pete’s primary hunting dog in both the pheasant field and the duck blind. As a partner Banks, has a calm temperament that loves to work, but he calms down nicely when the situation is more relaxed. His upland hunting style is intense and animated, and his work in the duck blind is remarkable because of his marking ability and drive.
Her mother is Connie. Connie is an intelligent, beautiful Lab with an enthusiastic personality and a love for people. If you massage her head and ears, she'll be your best friend. She's easy to train and enjoys hunting. Her father is Advance Pointing Retriever Sir Major Bosko’s First SH. Major is strong natural pointer and loves the waterfowl game as well. Currently, he is my personal hunting dog and has done a great job over the last two seasons. Her grandfather is noteworthy as well. FC AFC Cuda’s Blue Ryder MH has been one of the strongest chocolate studs on the west coast. His strengths are his intense hunting desire, his superior intelligence, and his love to learn. She also has a list of great grandfathers that include GMPR High Sierra Drifter, FC AFC Barracuda Blue MH and Merganser’s Classic Rip ‘n’ Tear MH. Connie produced pups that were good-looking, medium to tall in stature, and have terrific personalities. Ambler is one such pup.
