“Sadie” of Marble Mountain
MOTHER: Sadie was born at Marble Mountain Kennel in Northern California on January 15, 2021 as a result of a breeding between Coho & Mission. Sadie weighs between 45-60 pounds and is a dark chocolate Labrador Retriever who has a sweet, easy-going and alert personality. Her mild, independent and responsive temperament makes her a loving house dog. She could very likely be a great hunting dog as well, but her family does not hunt her. She loves to retrieve and is very birdy. Her thin and light muscular body would make her a great upland hunting companion. She also has an active nose and seems to love to train. She was a pick of the litter pup chosen by Pete for the purpose of being a partner breeder because of her even temperament, her responsive personality, and her great pedigree. Pete has adopted her to a former employee, who has found her to be a gentle dog and a great addition to their household.

FATHER: Coho was born at TGK’s Nebraska Pointing Labs as a result of one of their best chocolate breeding - 4xGMPR the Cptn’s Sierra Shadow Ale QAA MH (c)* X 2.5 GMPR Trinity’s Power of Three (c)*. He is a gentle 65-pound dark chocolate lab with a calm and affectionate demeanor. But don’t let his calm nature fool you, when he hits the upland field his personality changes and he becomes an intense hunter with a strong natural point. Then take him to the water and you see a strong retrieving drive, great marking and amazing nose work. Coho has the total package: great looks, a gentle house dog, an amazing upland style and great waterfowl potential, not to mention genetically free from disease markers.
MOTHER: Mission was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California on March 25, 2016 as a result of a breeding between Yukon and Bailey (see descriptions on website). Mission is a 54-pound chocolate Labrador Retriever who is calm, easy-going and friendly. She is quiet, independent and amiable. She also loves to learn and has a good on/off switch, and it not only very alert, but also very responsive to whatever the program. Mission is a darker chocolate dog with short, closely cropped hair on a muscular athletic frame. She loves retrieving and loses all inhibition when she is working. She also has an aggressive water entry and seems to be equally at home in water or land. Her hunting style is independent and hardworking, needing most to be held back because she is convinced there is a bird in every bush. Mission’s strongest traits are her good looks, her love or water, and desire to retrieve.
