DESCRIPTION: This is a nice litter for people looking for great family companion dogs with good-looking, dark yellow to fox red coats and athletic build. With their natural prey and retrieve drive, these pups could also make great upland or waterfowl hunters, but their chill side will also make them fit easily into your home as family or even therapy dogs.

ADOPTION LOCATION: Marble Mountain Kennels, or if we have enough clients interested, we may be willing to transport pups to Davis, CA (near Sacramento) for an additional $140 transport fee.

Father:

FATHER: Trojan is a 60-pound fox red Labrador Retriever who’s a real lover boy. He is a friendly, gentle, easygoing and one of the happiest Labs you will ever meet. He also enjoys training and anything related to finding birds, but what people notice most is his beautiful coat and handsome good looks. Finally, he has a fun-loving hunting style and a strong desire to retrieve. His most noteworthy attributes are his gorgeous good looks, his friendly personality and easygoing nature. Trojan’s pedigree is ½ English and ½ American which allows him to take advantage of both traditions. He is a gentle, easygoing and blocky dog like English breeders like, but he also has a strong desire to work and is a real athlete like American breeders prefer. Trojan is a combination of the best of both worlds.

Mother:

MOTHER: Brava is a 57-pound dark yellow Labrador Retriever who is both intense and easy-going. This seems contradictory, but her intensity is reflected in her birdiness and intense search drive. While at the same time, when the hunt is over, she becomes a gentle soul who looks for affection and interaction with her human friends. She is an easy-going, gentle, independent, personable, extroverted and curious dog who gets her great temperament from her outstanding father – Rooster. She also loves to work and train, because it ignites her desire to hunt and please. What gets Brava instant recognition is her very smart-looking appearance. Her muscular frame is decorated by dark yellow ears, her blocky head, her medium athletic body and classic Lab looks. For the hunter you will be rewarded by her hunting drive and her intense desire to search for the birds. Brava’s strongest traits are her even temperament, her great looks, her great on-off personality and gentle nature.
