This litter is likely to produce outstanding, medium to larger build, muscular pups that will be terrific family dogs with a high desire to please and a good on/off switch. They should also be very strong waterfowl retrievers with good blind manners and a love to make the retrieve. These pups are also likely produce very solid and natural pointing upland dogs.
Bridger is a 60-pound black (chocolate factored) male with a very strong natural point, an even temperament, and strong hunting drive. We also like him because he has all of what we are looking for in a MMK lab which includes: 1) good looks, 2) likeable personality, 3) strong natural point, 4) intense hunting desire, 5) superior intelligence and a proven pedigree. Bridger was bred by Troy Benson of Northstar Labs, and we were attracted to his litter because of the very strong pointing lab pedigree which include the following dogs: On dad’s side – GMPR SHR Cashman’s PDQ of Orion MH (b)*, FC Candlewood’s Meet Joe Black (b)*, 2xNFC, 2xCNAFC Ebonstar Lean Mac(b), FC AFC Candlewood’s Gotta Be Good, and FC Westlands Charle of Wicklwood. Zoey was born in Idaho on March 9, 2021 as a result of a breeding between 5 GMPR HRCH RRK Stoke Em Smoke Em of TGK MH (B) x Bryn of Bearpoint (B). She is a 65-pound black Labrador Retriever who has a terrific personality with a nice on/off switch. Zoey is great loved by her family who describe her as very well-mannered and totally hassle free. She is sweet, easygoing, friendly and athletic. During the training process she enjoys working and will do absolutely anything to earn a retrieve. She is smart and well behaved indoors, but active and a strong hunter outside. As an upland hunter she has a very nice natural point and a good natural quartering style. As a duck hunter she has nice blind manner, loves water and is a solid marker. Beside her affectionate personality, Zoey has a smart-looking appearance with a shiny black coat on a muscular, well proportioned and athletic body. Zoey’s three best attributes are her even-tempered personality, her smart and trainable disposition, and gorgeous good looks.
