Kodi was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California on September 19, 2020, as the result of a breeding between two of Marble Mountain Kennels favorite dogs; Coho and Maui. Kodi is a 65-pound black Labrador Retriever who is very responsive, alert and friendly. He has a calm and outgoing personality with a fairly extreme on/off switch. Notable to anyone who sees him is his good looks. He has a strong muscular build, with a black shiny coat, and a classic blocky head and chest. In the field his personality changes and he becomes an intense hunter with a strong natural point. Then take him to the water and you see a strong retrieving drive, great marking and amazing nose work. He is the best athlete that MMK owns.

Apollo was born in Medford, OR in Southern Oregon on October 1, 2021 as a result of a breeding between Merganser’s Hawkeye Gruden MH x Marble Mountain’s Heavenly “Hope”. Apollo is a 62-pound shiny black Labrador Retriever who is sweet, mild-mannered, curious and friendly. He is very even tempered and loves to please. In his training process, Apollo led the class in his responsiveness to training, and desire to work. Retrieving is his favorite pastime, as he works through his training routine with a predictable, but calm approach. He absolutely loves the morning runs on the motorcycle, as he tackles his training mates from behind to never allow them forget he is around. He also has a ½ sister that is outstanding search & rescue dog with the Southern Oregon Search and Rescue team. Apollo’s three strongest traits are his even temperament, his steady obedience, and his playful approach to life.
